Poor Business practices

Hotels.com and the facility had my booking as double booked and both parties FAILED to notify me as such...i drove over 2 hours just to find out i didn't have a place to lay my head so i drove all the way back home in the same day...very disappointed all around with this facility and Hotels.com.

It was a sisters trip for fun. We enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Creek Village Inn. Next time we go, we will see if we can rent a room in one of the cabooses. The Inn was very clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and ice were available right outside our room. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and nice.

Hideaway perfection

Cute, quaint.. railroad theme car. Met needs. Large room and bed. Just a wonderful visit in a quiet community close to every thing. Awesome coffee shop around corner. Lots of cute shops for antiques and clothes.. Bible stores.. quilting. Very fun. And you can walk around town safely.

The room was nice very clean, the heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. The temperature of the room was good the only thing was the cable was not working on the tv. Everything closed by 10:00 so we went to our room to watch tv but couldn't.

The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. Rhe girk at the front desk wasn't very friendly at all. It's almost like we were bothering. I didn't like the location if the room, as it was next to their laundry. The parking lot had potholes. It was a liability.
