This was our second time staying at the resort. We love the pool, hot tub, sauna, 24 hr coffee bar, community games, movie theatre, etc. They have a great breakfast buffet and beautiful outdoor area to enjoy. We wish the golf simulator was a little cheaper or that it included club rentals since the resort is a little pricier but overall we really like it here and will be back!

Berlin resort is a solid place to stay near Berlin with good amenities if you are needing that. It is a little pricey if you aren’t really utilizing amenities. The blinds were broken in our room and the overhead ceiling lights were not working. Have stayed here before, it’s a fine hotel despite those couple things. Jetted tub in the suites is very nice. Water pressure is not great in the shower though.

We booked a room with a patio. The patio was the same level as the parking lot and the room smelled. We spent extra for the king suite with a patio view.The only view I had was my truck and the other cars in the parking lot. The view lasted 5 minutes. The total time we were in the room. Management did issue a full refund.

Great location in the Amish area, convenient to everything. The patio off of our room was dirty, needed hosed off, would have made setting outside in the evening nicer. Complementary breakfast had a good selection. Would stay there again if in the area.
