The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip pillowcases, fitted & flat sheets from used beds and place on the floor by room door. Place used towels in either of the laundry baskets provided (one in the laundry room and one in master bath)
Please load all inside and outside dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Please turn off all lights and make sure thermostat is set to 70. Please ensure all 3 exterior doors are locked.
Please take out all trash to the designated green dumpster behind the 4 bay garage. Please ensure all pool toys and floats are removed from the pool and used pool towels are in laundry baskets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
