Properly was fairly clean, but dated. My room needed paint, wall cracks repaired and a furniture upgrade. TV was small (32”), remote had no features, had sleep timer button button, but the feature was nonexistent. Cable was terrible. Very few stations and no guide. Next time I am in the area I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street.

The hotel room bathroom was gross. The tub was stained, the blowdryer didn’t work. There were cracks around the toilet and sink. The chairs were dirty inside. The room contained several holes in the wall. The hotel breakfast was terrible as well. They ran out of most foods quickly and the food they did have was watered down and cheap. There was no shuttle as advertised as well.

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The bathroom was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The room itself felt neglected and unkempt. On top of that, there were people loitering in front of the building who appeared to be on drugs, which made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I did not feel secure staying here at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was the best part of this stay. They were friendly and genuinely tried to be accommodating, but unfortunately that couldn’t make up for the condition of the hotel and the overall environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
