Loud, sketchy, & run down

This hotel was not good. The lobby was under renovation so everything was a hot mess from the start. The lady at the check in table did not really speak. It was quite awkward. The whole place really needs to be renovated because everything looked old and crusty. In the room, there was a couch that was dirty and had a hole in the middle where the springs were caving in. The bed had a noticeable dent/dip in the mattress and was essentially concave. The air wall unit was clearly broken or something because when it came on every 10 minutes it had a high pitch squeal. I paid extra for water view but very much regret it because the highway is in front of the water. Between the highway noise and the dang high pitch squeak from the air unit, I hardly slept at all. The bathroom was old and janky but honestly the nicest part of the room. I even got a slight workout squatting down on the tiny low toilet. Thank god I only had to stay here one night because even at check out there was some crazy guy flipping out screaming and making threats and the police had to come. That was scary. Honestly the whole thing was a nightmare. 0/10 do not recommend.

I like almost everything about the property. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I dislike was that the room floor was not properly cleaned. It was very sticky when walking in the room. Not all rooms have microwave and fridge. They need to specify to those booking whether they need a room with microwave and fridge or not.

The upper floors have been renovated to much better condition than a few years ago. During my stay, the lobby was under renovation but breakfast was still served. However in some rooms, despite being renovated, there were some issues here and there: in one room, guests could smell the stagnant water on the roof outside; another room had leaking ceiling and the carpet underneath was still damp; shower curtain does not fully close; some light bulbs were dead; some rooms missing USB outlets; some rooms missing desk and armchair.

Entry is torn up with construction. Walls extremely thin!! Kids coming and going continually next door in loud cars with REALLY LOUD music from ~10p. Earplugs + pillow over head + fan on full blast barely took the edge off. At 2:30am called front desk and they said call the police. I did and problem resolved quickly. Big positive: Loud frightening argument between a guest couple in am. Seemed like it might become violent. Requested security arrived rapidly and got them to leave. Free breakfast had wider than usual choices including 3 hot options. leave.

The property is a mess. Evidently it’s undergoing a renovation is not very presentable during the process. It appears the room we were in had been renovated, which is a lot of work and still needs to be done, such as fixing stuck doors and new furniture.

I have stayed here for years, now you have to pay $4.00 to park on their property. Staff minimal at best. Room. Poor. The couch had a gap deep in it, and the bed felt like this middle was missing. None of this was on Expedia site. Definitely not a good stay there last night. I did not even stay for breakfast. I wanted to get out before 7am. I stayed in room 306.

Horrible..If would've known prior i would've never booled here...i walk in all you see is plastic everywhere and drywall...the eating area had maybe 10 chairs or so they had food containers for breakfast sitting on top of the tables to eat at...paper all over the floors smh...And the gentlemen at the front was rude and no customer service skills

They are currently under construction. Everything is a mess and I paid for an upgrade and they said that because I had one bed in my room instead of two it was an upgrade. The bathroom at broken tiles and the bed room looked super outdated nothing like the picture. My key locked me out of my room at 10am as I was brining things out of my room to leave which makes no sense when check out is at 11. They don’t warn people that their cars get towed without a paper tag. Luckily I requested another one because we came in two cars. The area was very sketchy I would never go there with kids. The breakfast was okay but being under construction and having plastic everywhere made it feel dirty. I would definitely not recommend.
