Stay was very good, staff was helpful. Stayed 2 nights and my room key was not working both mornings, had to get it reactivated. Bathroom downstairs was not available, clerk did not know why the door wouldn't open. Otherwise everything was good.

Hi. The hotel was under construction!!! The whole lobby area was a construction zone. The elevator was out of service and my room was one of the old crappy rooms that was yet to be renovated. This hotel should not be open for service. And frankly I should get a full refund as none of this was advertised

I asked for a discount at the front desk because the room was cold and they had no portable heaters. The air/heat unit was loud and although turned up to 90, never even got warm, much less hot. The exercise room had no heat and to make it worse, someone left a window open- so I couldn't work out. The bed was so old and infirm- It had dips and squeaked like an old spring bed. The rude dude at the front desk (John) said I would have to ask Expedia for a partial refund. No manager on the premises although I had been told by the night staff that managers Barbara and Norma would be in in the morning and John said the manager 'Bob" would be in on the following day. I FORGOT TO SAY THAT THE ROOM 714 DOOR DIDNOT MEET THE FLOOR FURTHER LETTING AIR INTO THE ROOM.
