This Holiday Inn was very clean, the staff were friendly and there were many dining options close by to the hotel, if you had a car. The indoor pool was clean and slightly warm and the gym, although not very large… had great equipment and was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small restaurant in the lobby. This hotel did not have a free breakfast but I opted to pay a small fee when I booked the hotel, online, to have a sit down or (to go) breakfast for both my husband and myself. It was very good. I loved having the free coffee in the lobby. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

We lost everything in a fire and rented a room .. they charged for smoke fee .. saying i smoked in the room ..no we smelled like smoke everythi g did.. the staff before knew i was full of soot amd smoke and why.. the card that was used was from the red cross so the money we were given for assistance they used..i know thisis a big corporate business but wow. The front desk clerk was rude and uncompassionate ..it was alot at an alreadystressful and horrible moment..the tone of uncompassion and almost glee at my panic was just still unbelievable..
