I booked a room on the first floor because my wife can not go in elevators , they gave me a room on the fourth floor. Said I booked two rooms and said they are not going to fix it had to call Hilton rewards, then they wanted me to pay the higher price. Then when we got to the room the toilet over flowed twice then the front desk call my room work my wife and I up and asked us if we need towels, this this is crap !!!

The fridge and the air conditioner made so much noise we actually had to ask for a different room.. Plastic cutlery for breakfast,no fresh fruit..The room however was super clean
