Awful hotel—dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. The photos are very misleading, and I should have paid more attention to the reviews. The front desk staff is unfriendly and barely speaks, not welcoming at all. This place isn’t even cheap. The only positive was the cleaning lady’s smile.

It was all dirty for the price they were charging and no continental breakfast as advertised. Went to get breakfast and was given a paper bag with containing something that I don’t even know , of course I did not take it. The smoke alarms had no batteries in it in my room and the place was just unkept. Please Don’t book this place. I have pictures to prove all this

Didn’t have the breakfast. Didn’t use the hot tub. I don’t recommend using this hotel. There were no towels to take shower with we had 3 people in our group.

The furniture was broken, drawer completely fallen out. There was no towel in bathroom and no phone to contact from desk. I was able to call from my cell to the hotel front desk to request towels which took forever since there was a language barrier with the staff. Terrible will not recommend

The hotel is very old and is in need of deep cleaning and paintwork—the hallway carpets were disgusting and the curtains were stained. This hotel would benefit from a makeover—if not a complete renovation.

Tub dirty toilet broke had to change room. The lady at front desk had an attitude when I told her toilet was broken. My daughter cleaned the tub which she was given the cleaning supplies. Wow I believe it. When no one came to fix the toilet, I went to front desk to see the status, there was a gentleman there, he accommodates me quickly on the same floor, two rooms down. I was ok with the room he accommodated me with.
