You will enjoy easy access to everything around Lake Winnipesaukee. Located directly between downtown Wolfeboro and Alton Bay, a quick 15min drive will get you to either. A 30min drive will get you to Gunstock Ski Resort and Mount Major. Many atv, dortbike and snowmobile trails only muinets away. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the elevated deck. There is a pacious open concept layout with large sectional, 75" TV and surround sound. Enjoy private skiing and hiking on a retired but maintained ski mountian named Copple Crown. After, relax with the indoor sauna, then a nice movie and popcorn!

Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!

feel like home

My family stayed there in the July 4th weekend, Jake recommended the best location to watch fireworks, it was our first time watching fireworks so closely! During our stay, everyone enjoyed our time there, my son enjoyed the big TV and popcorn, my husband liked the deck a lot, my daughter liked the firm king size bed, and I liked the quietness and the big sofa for resting. Overall, we were comfortable there.
