The location was convenient, right off the highway, and the room itself was clean. The surrounding area felt safe and easy to get around, which I appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. I requested maid service before leaving for the day and placed the service request tag on the door, but when I returned, the room had not been serviced—no fresh towels or attention to the room at all. When I went to the desk, the staff member admitted they saw the tag but avoided the room. I explained I had specifically asked for service and just needed fresh towels. The response was unprofessional—the staff member seemed annoyed, huffed, and only handed me two towels. Overall, the basics of the stay (clean room, good location) were fine, but the lack of service and poor customer interaction really hurt the experience.

Disappointing

Our room was filthy and had cockroaches. I stayed 3 minutes and went back in to be refunded. The lady at the desk was not very helpful. She offered me a new room but I would have had to pay more because it was a Jacuzzi room. I elected to be refunded and ran out of there.

Would not stay again for a multitude of reasons. Let's start with the good, The jacuzzi tub was pretty awesome, very relaxing after a long day, though we did not use the jets so I couldn't attest to that. The mirrors on the ceiling above the bed and bathtub were a shocking surprise, but appreciated 😆 The bed was very clean super comfortable and had the best blanket ive ever had in a hotel. They give you plenty of soaps. The ac blew cold. The black out curtains made the room so dark I thought it was 4am at 10am. Now for everything else. At check in they demand a $50 cash only deposit, which is not mentioned anywhere in the ad for booking companies. They have signage all over their lobby saying guests are only allowed 3 items each for their breakfast bar, and any additional will be $4 for each item. While I did not eat their breakfast and can see how this would cut down on food waste but it seems barbaric to have ten signs about it. We walked into our non-smoking room and Got smacked in the face with the smell of weed and cigarettes. There was also a ash tray in our NON SMOKING room. The carpet in the room was soaking wet from the moment we stepped in our room. The bathroom had dirt or something smeared all over the walls, the door had a crack on the side that looks like someone tried breaking it down. Honestly,all of that could have been forgiven but when i went to pee in the morning i looked to my left and there was cockroach sitting on the light switch. Hell nah.

The rooms were not clean, bathtub was not clean, bath curtains were smelling, and i found a nail on bed and another in bathroom floor that might be of previous customer or cleaning staff, God knows. Though it is a decent property but more maintenance and cleanliness is required.

The staff hotel staff was very rude and not at all accommodating to my husband and I situation.0 you're under the impression they were pet friendly because Expedia gave us the search result under filtered results. So we went there and the staff waited until after we checked in and went to our room to bring us down a receipt for a cleaning fee and kicked us out sowe were charged for the RAM and an extra $50 on top because of our pets even though our pets were not even in the room yet my husband and I just unlock the door and each had a bag or two maybe that we took him so we will charge for a room we didn't even stand and a cleaning fee that probably wasn't even need them. We try contacting the manager she said if we call one more time she would call the police.

The place was dirty outdated, and I had a roach when I got ice out of the ice machine felt like something crawling on me. When I tried to take shower, I had standing water in the tub. Would never, ever go there again. This should not be I want expedia.

I selected this motel because it had a 7.0 review number. They have somehow gamed the system. It's disgusting. Furniture stained and 80 years old. I was entirely unsure if my sheets were fresh. There was some kind of terrifying humidy capture bag in the restroom. At 4 am a crowd of violent black people started shouting at each other outside of my door for two hours. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Honestly, the only redeeming quality was the lady at the front desk because she was very nice. The room was dirty (almost all surfaces), there was a giant spiderweb above the jacuzzi, and the light above the jacuzzi flickered like a horror movie.
