Room was dirty. Old used soap left in the bathroom. Dead spider and webs on the walls. Faucet pulled right out of the sink when trying to use the sink. Sink was outside of the toilet and shower. Breakfast was not much. Pool was not open yet for the season. Property has ya weird smell. Could hear the music from the restaurant two buildings away until 2am. Not located in a great area. Would not stay again especially for the price.

This hotel was horrible not worth $150.night. Room not available at 4pm they did give me a double for same price. Phone not working to call front desk. No wi fii or Tv available, Buffet breakfast was continental with lousy selection. No soap in shower which was advertised. Rugs very dirty and whole hotel had a odor. Poo not accesible. Overall I think this hotel needs a upgrade and should be closed until done. Getting nothing for thr price.

The exterior of the property looks bad. Weeds, landscaping is badly ignored. There’s broken floor tile at the entrance. In general the rooms feel old and run down. One of our rooms had a broken bathroom door knob. The rooms seemed mostly clean, but the general older state of the building make it feel kinda ick. Also they advertise a breakfast buffet, we came down at 8:30 on Sat and there was nothing out but juice. Just pass on this especially for the price, it’s not worth your time. It’s a total rip off for paying so much for the room.

Room was terrible. The lamp between the beds did not work. There was toilet paper in the toilet, hair stuck to the wall in the shower, and a dried piece of used soap in the shower also. This would lead one to believe that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to call the front desk, only to find that there was no phone cord! I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. Would absolutely not stay here again!

The breakfast was cold and the coffee was cold too. I was in the bathroom and one of the ladies came in the room to clean and I didn’t check out yet. And the elevator didn’t work so if you was on the third floor you had to take the stairs.

I stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days, and not once was our room serviced or cleaned. Housekeeping never came to remake the beds, take out the trash, or provide fresh towels or toilet paper. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Each day there was barely anything available besides coffee, tea, and condiments. Overall, the experience felt very misleading and not what was advertised. I’m also extremely disappointed with the pool and gym facilities, which were not good at all. For the price paid to stay here, the experience was absolutely not worth it.

The room was clean, the shower was hot with the shampoo and body wash smelled great! The tv had movies and our 2 dogs loved being able to run around the room. It was their first time in a hotel and they loved it. Coffee was hot and plenty of breakfast food to enjoy in the am. Overall great hotel and experience.

Reception was fabulous, new guy I think Shawn. He handed-us the keys for a 3rd floor room. Elevator was broken! I immediately told him there was no way I could walk up three flights of stairs and he immediately changed us to a ground floor room without blinking and I Room: no pillowcases, hand towels washcloths, no coffee supplies.

Checked in, first room they sent me to was a room that was dirty not turned over. Next room was on the third floor. Elevator was broke. Walked into that room. The window is wide open no screen spiderwebs across the window spiders crawling on the air conditioner my 15-year-old son said Dad and I said absolutely we’re not staying here. Don’t bother booking her book anywhere else.
