Don’t ever stay here!!!

Checking in- front desk was on the phone the entire time and not paying attention. Got to the room and the keys didn’t work. Room was musty and humid, had de-humidifiers running in halls. Bathroom had visible leftover something from a previous guest on the counter. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t full in the shower. Breakfast was empty when we got there and had to spend almost an hour waiting on food to be brought out. When we asked for more plates we got a sigh and eye roll from staff, guess we were supposed to hold our eggs in our hands?? Night 2 we asked for more towels only to be told there were none. After walking around a theme park all day, we had no towels to shower with and when asked they said they were washing them. 2 hours later we asked again and were told there’s a tournament and those kids used them all. Told the lady I did not care about that as we paid to stay there too and we should be able to shower. She said she would “pass it along”. An hour later we took our kids to the pool. It was trashed with old towels and socks and garbage like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Hot tub was colder than the pool. We discovered there were no pool towels either. Went to the front desk again and were told they don’t have those either and have no idea when they will have towels. My kids then got to walk through the whole place dripping wet and causing a slip hazard. We checked out a day early because this place was far from helping us have a relaxing weekend getaway.

It was a nice clean hotel, staff was great and cheerful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the hot tub wasnt hot, it was a little warmer than the pool. I was really looking forward to relaxing in thr hot tub.
