Awesome experience from check in to check out. The staff was beyond amazing!! Customer service is on point. The property is in great shape, well lit and is really safe for families. The pool was warm and really helped my cranky newborn drift off to sleep. Breakfast was great there was a nice variety of healthy items. I highly recommend the potatos. The place has a family vibe that makes you feel welcome.

Clean rooms more frequently.

Need to remove trash from rooms daily and vacuum carpet. No regular coffee in room for two weeks. Roach in room.

Awesome place for Families!!

Our family is relocating to PA and we are staying at a hotel while the final touches are being put on our home and the experience has been awesome since check-in. The staff is extremely friendly and made checking in with a baby and 2 service animals a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is guest laundry on site and the machines work great. The breakfast is a great perk. I would recommend this hotel to families or women traveling alone because I feel very safe here and the property is very quiet and low key. Overall awesome experience!! Staff is beyond kind.

Would not recommend.

No one there to check in. Multiple key cards didn't work for us and other guests on our floor. The front desk then blamed us the guests saying we don't understand how to use the cards yet one of the other guests had already been there for days and said it's been nothing but issues and the card worked before they left the room. No linen for the pullout then didn't give us any fitted sheets just pillow and blanket for it. The only saving grace was the rooms were actually clean otherwise staff was rude and this was not a great experience.

Arrived - Bathroom Lobby was soiled with blood . Checked in Room #1 - Beds had dust from either a vent , vacuum or machinery. Transferred room #2 - Hair bathroom , toilet dirty , found dead bug inside sofa bed , Had to run to Walmart to purchase a air mattress instead. No extra linen or pillows , had to asked to be transferred to another room .
Closet haven’t been sweeped , noticed this before putting down our personal bags .

Fairly decent stay

Got in late so the only thing I can review is the room. Check-in was great. It was very easy. Was saddened by the fact that breakfast is at 7a on Saturday and Sunday. I obviously missed that bit. I had an engagement at 7 so obviously no breakfast. That would have been good to know. Smelled a little old in some places when I ventured down to the ice machine but the lobby was nice and bright. Overall for my purpose it was a fairly decent stay.

First they give me the room that’s not even clean inside and after I let them know, they called the housekeeping and start cleaning their room and I find the room has a fly in the room coffee supplies in the rooms are eaten by mouse. I have a picture too, not at all as expected not respond from customer service after I let him know that it has a fly in the room.
