Amazing location! Great for the whole family with quiet streets for biking, walking and the beach access was super easy and private. The golf cart was a lot of fun and made going to the beach easy. The house is big and accommodated 5 of us easily. The linens, towels need to be replaced. The beach toys were plentiful but obviously older. The bbq and back yard need some attention from the owner. Overall the house is older and it shows (furniture, paint etc). The location and space make up for the deficits in my opinion. The management company was very responsive.
