Nestled just steps from the Comal River and right across from Schlitterbahn, this playful getaway makes it easy to spend your days floating, sliding, and soaking in all the New Braunfels fun.

Inside, the décor pays homage to trout and river life, setting the perfect backdrop for your stay. You’ll find two comfortable queen beds, a convenient kitchenette for snacks or light meals, and even a washer and dryer to keep swimsuits and towels fresh for your next adventure.

The location puts you right in the middle of it all—tubing outfitters and shuttles are a short walk away, the famous Master Blaster ride is across the street, and local restaurants and shops are within easy reach. -Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
--Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
