The room was nice but we didn’t have water pressure in our room. I couldn’t take a hot hot bath because the stopper would not hold the water in because there was no rubber washer to hold the water in the tub and also the water was brown and when we drained the water the tub was full of brown sediment that settled. There was a plumber there working on the plumbing the entire time we were there, so I’m sure that has something to do with the brown water. I did show him a picture of what was settling in the tub when we drain the tub the front desk said they’ve been working on their system for quite a while now trying to get it fixed When we checked out in the morning their printer wasn’t working so they had to email me a receipt, which was no big deal. Other than that we love to stay at La Quinta. We try to stay there everywhere we go. The breakfast was excellent as always.

The hotel and the room were very nice and the staff was great. Unfortunately, there was only a trickle of water from the sink, and the shower turn cold after a minute. Brrr Also the freeway traffic was very noisy inside the room.

Close proximity to local shopping, restaurants, etc. comfortable beds. Good free parking. Rooms could use some updating. Breakfast lady turned the lights off five minutes before the end of breakfast when I came down for coffee. Rude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was pleasant and the hotel was adequate for our purpose of attending Wurst Fest.

This was our first stay at LaQuinta in New Braunfels. Typically we stay at the Seguin location, but it was sold out for one of our two nights. We found our KS room to be clean and the bed was soft. I wish they had one more hook in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Also, the first of two mornings, we had no hot water in our shower. We reported it and so did others. We returned to our room in the evening and learned it was fixed. Apparently they had a plumber out the previous day who forgot to turn back on the hot water. We found the staff to be responsive and friendly. Although we got coffee, we didn’t try any of the other breakfast foods. We often stay at LaQuinta as our fur baby travels with us. The pet fee here is very reasonable.

Elevator doors needed some oil on them. So much noise when they were opening and closing. Toliet tissue was like sandpaper and I know all businesses are cutting back but think about what you cut back. No choice of milks for coffee.
