Entire home was clean. Excellent layout with room to spread out and yet cozy sitting areas in- and outdoors. Kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked. Hot tub and pool really needed a refresh cleaning before our arrival. Other than that, just a lovely place to gather with friends. We would all stay again if our group returns to Canyon Lake area.

Very relaxing and quiet vacation spot. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Wish the lake wasn’t so low and inaccessible, but that is mother natures fault with no rain in years. Amazing house, as a family of 4 there was tons of room. Could have accommodated 10 and not felt crowded.
