Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and location was good. The swimming pool was green, there was only 1 staff member working at night so the person was overwhelmed, they ran out of towels very often and air condition in hallway was not working.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This hotel was under renovations during our stay. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not to our standards. There was a hair ball found on the carpet and hair left on the shower wall. House keepers left zero towels in the bathroom which is not a big deal, we got aome from the front desk. It was the cleanliness part for me me. First and last time at this hotel.

Room was great. Staff had cookies when we checked in. We had strived to get there right at 3:00 to check in and get a swim in. That was a “No Go”. The pool was filthy. Trash floating in it. Water was foggy green. Not inviting at all. Most facilities have Diamond parking by the front door. This location had Diamond parking about as far from the door as possible.
