Good deal for the price point and location.clean enough and quiet enough at least that night because the place was empty. The mattresses were comfortable and I slept well. Ants were everywhere outside and some got into the bathroom. Seems ants are prolific this time of year. It’s a bit dated but everything works.

The people are nice but the place has a bug problem, the toilet clogs the carpet was sticky, and the free breakfast was very limited and very stale.

Poor quality rooms, dishonest managment

I did not stay there and redused the room. They checked me in when i called then and i never got a chance to inspect my room , when I did get to my room the carpet wasnrotten and mildewed, it smelled horrible so I refused the room, because they had checked me in at 5pm when I called, they refused the cancelation, even after I paid for the cancellation insurance. The hotel management lied to Hotels.com when I called to process my refund and told the the room was fine even though the carpet was rotten. Also The Hotel is no where near Greune, its a a misrepresentation.

The property manager called me a liar when I explained that there were bugs in the room and on the bed, I even showed pictures. I was then informed I could not receive a refund, complete or partial. I would recommended going ANYWHERE else.

When I arrived, I noticed black hair in the tub and a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. There were two bugs that came out behind the showers when I turned on the water. The A/C did not seem to work well at all-the room was extremely humid-I could feel the humidity in the dampness of the carpet. The traffic is so loud in this area that one can hear loud vehicles all night long- my room didn’t even face the busiest street. I’m really not sure how others have given this “inn”, which is actually a motel, a good rating. If I am back in New Braunfels again, I will most definitely not book this location. The pics online do not honestly represent the truth of the facility.

when we arrive at the property, we had to talk to the night attendant through Window because the doors were locked. We were there at 9 P.M. that made us feel uncomfortable about the area. Then when we received the Room, it was undone and needed to be clean. Then they moved us to another Room that they’re bathroom. Flor still had pubic hair from the last person, and the sheets were stained and not washed. Being so late, we made the best of it. I only slept on top of the covers. Then the AC took a long time to call Room. Don’t recommend this place unless you’re really really broke.
