Upstairs, you'll find the second master suite and two other bedrooms with shared fourth bathroom, as well as a comfortable family room to kick back and read a book, watch tv, or play a game with family. The large fenced in backyard includes a covered patio area with children's playground, patio set and BBQ grill.

Great Vacation! Schone Ferien!

We (2 parents and 6 children) were here for 13 days and we very comfortable in this beautiful house with lots of room (much more space than we are used to in Europe). Everything worked perfectly, nothing to complain about. The community pool is only for the neighborhood and was very nice. We had lots of contact with the neighbors who were all very nice. New Home Away From Home

Where to begin? Just 10 minutes from I-35 and very easy to get to the house and easy access to everything New Braunfels and only 30 minutes to San Antonio. Lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything worked! Everything was very clean! We were there during extreme hot spell (105+ heat index) and A/C had no problems keeping house cool. But too hot to safely be in sun so we never got to use community pool which is 1 block away. And we're just a bit too big to play on the great kids swing set/slide/house in the back yard - it did look fun. Well supplied with necessities - tp, hand soap, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, even hair dryers! Yes, you want to stay here.
