Overall, it was ok ..with all due respect, I don’t feel it was worth the amount we paid . There were no coffee filters. You said you would supply coffee filters and I had to use paper towels to make my morning coffee .. salt and pepper and a few other things should have been available. Not worth it in my opinion!

Great on river location

Good for a winter stay. Nice apartment. Huge master bedroom. Smaller second bedroom. Tiny bathrooms. Lots of cooking items in the kitchen, but they all needed to be rewashed. River good for wading at the location.

Waterwheel Condos on the Guaudalupe

The condo was fantastic. The view and balcony were fantastic. Short walk to either pool and also right down into the river! Awesome!! A couple of suggestions, the 2nd bdrm could be laid out differently. Double and twin bed was great but we had 3 physically grown teens. Replacing the twin bed with a set of twin bunks would have been much nicer for the girls to not have to double up in just a double bed. They wanted to be in the room together. There is a pull out sofa but that wasn’t an option for them.😉 Also, both bathrooms had mold in the showers. I do realize that is a hard battle to fight but after recalking, leaving the shower door open to dry out will help a lot. We took our dog, this unit allows dogs 🙏 wonderful perk and not outrageous fees. I highly recommend this VRBO!! The mgmt company was wonderful to work with!
