Located in New Blaine, AR this mobile home is a dream. With 2 delightful bedrooms, the master has a king bed w/magnetic mattress and a full bed in second bedroom. The living room has a full-size futon for an extra sleeping area. Guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms are both complete with a bathtub & shower and provide a wonderful place to freshen up after a day of exploring. This terrific property also offers heating, AC, washer & dryer and dishwasher for added convenience. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, dishes, pots, pan, eating & cooking utensils, coffee pot and more.

You can enjoy Shoal Bay Recreation area on Lake Dardanelle less than 2 miles down the road and about a mile to the Ozark National Forest. Mount Nebo, Mount Magazine and Petit Jean State Parks are only a short drive away. This property has plenty of parking if you bring a boat or an ATV.
