This apartment was great. We parked our vehicle on Thursday and didn’t move it until we were leaving Sunday because everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. Bigger than it appeared in the listing. New Bern is such a pet friendly town and we are grateful that we were able to bring our pup along. We will definitely be back again.

This is the perfect location for a downtown New Bern visit! Highly recommend this condo. Very spacious layout with 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the unit. Would be a perfect 2 couples or a family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. David was very easy to ask questions and was prompt in his reply. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. There was some outside noise after midnight, since it’s located near restaurants. The steep stairs at the front and back would not be good for kids or adults with mobility issues. It was great to have our own private parking space out back. We love visiting New Bern and will definitely stay here again.

The unit was as described. Clean and nice ! David communicated quickly and was helpful. A definite for a weekend or longer stay, walking distance for around town. Right in the center of the action in New Bern, this apartment is perfect if your trip is centered around restaurants, bars, live music, shopping and walkability. We spent most of our trip wandering and exploring and enjoying the town. Be aware that because this apartment is so centrally located, there will be noise from the restaurants and bars with live music until about 10 on the weekends but that wasn't a big deal for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Historic downtown stay

This rental is in an excellent location. Parking was available so that we could leave our vehicle and walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable, it was clean and kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. As an older adult, I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I’m sure we will be back.
