Room wasn't ready when we arrived, due to being short staffed. Room was very ready (clean/neat/stocked) when we got into it after dinner. Bed in the room was comfortable. Lounge chair was a nice addition as well. A/C kept the room from being hot or humid. Front desk was very friendly and apologetic for the delay. Helped with locations for dinner when asked. Small issues overall. It was a good stay for us. We would go back to this hotel without hesitation. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. We bought a pint of ice cream and it (obviously) melted overnight.

This was the quietest stay of any hotel I have been to.The room was neat, modern and clean. It was also nice to turn on regular TV, not streaming service based! Thank you for a great stay! I will return.

Did not use Laundry nor Breakfast, although it looked fantastic! Previous plans elsewhere! We highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

We prepaid the room. Upon entering the room we felt the room smelled bad enough, and with the window screwed shut, we decided to return to the front desk and turned in our keys. A different room was not available, so we asked for a full refund. We never received a refund. We had used the toilet and a hand towel, but were only in the room for a couple minutes. Via email, the manager chose to disagree with our refund request.

Very clean room. Updated facility. Beds were comfortable and it was so easy to get to the places we wanted to be. Nothing beyond a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend visiting New Bern and staying at Clarion Point. Couldn’t beat the price for the service.

The breakfast was very, very limited. There were a few maintenance issues with our room such as the ceiling fan cover beginning to fall off. However our room was quiet, the mattress was good, and the staff were very nice.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. The outlet in my bathroom didn’t work, I went to the front desk and the lady was very nice and she moved me to another room. The room again was very clean but half the lights around the mirror in the bathroom were burnt out.
