"Was told they would try to accommodate our early check in for 2:00 instead of 4:00, they couldn't which was fine but somehow the room wasnt ready until 7:30 p.m. I was told they would call me when it was ready and they never did, I called them... My 5 and 2 year old should have been getting ready for bed. When we got to the room it was filthy and I calles them back 2 times and ended up cleaning the room myself. Dead and live bugs everywhere, hair in the bed, sticky brown liquid in the fridge. On top of that the fridge is broken and I told them when I booked in February I need to refrigerate baby formula. Also no microwave after 2 phone calas to the front desk. Had to call the desk 3 times because of the room not being clean, which never ended up happening anyway. Waited 45 minutes to sit and they were leas than half full. Kids juice took 20 minutes and bread came out with the food so they were super crabby. The beach is nice but that's no reflection on the hotel."
