The staff is amazing! We stayed for 5 nights and nothing to complain about. We liked very much our experience at Stone House. I highly recommend this place.

No complaints except there was dirt coming out of the shower faucet. The shower faucet pressure would go low and fast it was unpredictable. Staff were wonderful.

Hotel and Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. Biggest problem i faced was the lack of parking. The lots infront of the hotel were perpetually fully occupied. Driving around looking for parking was stressful, and significantly diminished the trip’s enjoyment.

From check in to check out to tour and pick up and drive to airport experienced are excellent. I would like to suggest on red tour to have the option of removing pottery and carpet to replace with underground tour. We did not get to see it because we did not have time the next day.

The hotel’s profile photos can be somewhat misleading. I stayed for four days in a top-floor private terrace room, but encountered several issues. The bathroom ceiling was leaking rainwater, the towels were extremely worn out and rough, and the toilet paper had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the mini fridge was not cooling properly. The tap water was very hard and rough. Nowadays, many hotels install water softeners and filters to improve water quality, but this hotel did not. Overall, I was quite disappointed and would not recommend this place. If you'd like, I can also help you make it more formal, casual, or detailed!

Great Hotel and location

Great hotel with super location and unique setup.Restaurant food and service in the in house restaurant was excellent. Front desk people were great. A bit disappointed that we didn’t get great service from housekeeping until we left a tip. Also, asked several times for extra hangers (there were only 3 in the room and we were there for 3 days). Never got extra. Highly recommend the in house tour company. Mahmet was fabulous on the green tour. Short walk to get a bottle of wine which they served us in this “dry” hotel restaurant.

The hotel was nice and staff very friendly, the rooms were comfortable however the bathrooms were lacking appropriate ventilation which for a cave hotel can understand however more powerful fans may be an option.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Goreme

Lovely hotel in the centre of Goreme with amazing views. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and could watch the balloons in the morning from our balcony.

This was not my first time in Cappadocia. However, this was my worst experience in any hotel. We came to vacation with a 3 month old and she was being fussy… they callled the room 3 minutes after check out time (even though we asked for late check out) . As soon as we checked in I mentioned why our room smelt like seweage… they told Us to open the windows? (Mind you it was 10 degrees Celsius in Cappadocia. I recommend to stay somewhere else.

Excellent location and staff

The location was great as it was within walking distance to restaurants we loved. The property also offered the Red and Green tours from the location which made it super convenient. The on-property restaurant served a great Turkish breakfast and was a welcome place to eat after the long trip from the US. The staff was excellent as well. The major drawback was the musty smell (I think cave hotels all smell like that), the very hard mattress and uncomfortable chairs in the sitting room.

Very cute Cappadocia hotel. For me and my three adult children it was a perfect size. Check-in wasn’t very friendly, but that’s OK. The courtyard is very cute.
