The hotel is beautiful, clean, and full of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of Cappadocia, especially at sunrise with the hot air balloons. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again..

The hotel has a great location. Just 100 m from the city centre,bur still nice and quite -except for the noise of the hot air balloon burners which will wake you up at 5 in the morning if you have you window open. The Roses growing up The hotel's façade are dreamy. The roof terrace is an amazing place to watch them and taking pictures. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is fine as well, but the internet was sketchy and only one of the receptionists was able to fix it. I would say extremely good value for the price.

The staff are very polite and helpful, always willing to assist with tours and transfers. The breakfast and housekeeping teams are also extremely attentive. The hotel is very well located, which makes the stay even more convenient. If you have any questions, I recommend contacting the hotel, they will definitely help you. I had an excellent experience.

I want to start with the positives: - The breakfast options on offer were amazing. It was so nice to have traditional Turkish food. The lady who prepared breakfast was lovely and very friendly. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave good advice and suggestions. - Location was central and easy walking distance in to town and close to many amenities. - We stayed in a twin room which was clean and the bed was comfortable. Small negatives, but hopefully they can correct this soon: - The shower was big, but the door was missing, so water splashed out. It seems that previous guests may have broken it and it just wasn't replaced. - The toilet seat wouldn't stay up which was quite annoying. Overall, for a 3 night stay it was a nice little hotel in a good location.

The hotel has a cozy vibe. It has great views of the unique rock formations from the breakfast room/patio, and from the large rooftop deck. It is convenient located in proximity of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the hotel manager speaks fluent English and goes above and beyond with honest activity recommendations and booking. We wouldn’t have filled our trip perfectly without his assistance.

We were kindly and excellent supported by Ms Dolunay and Ms Funda who explained us a very detailed itinerary. It felt like VIP customer service. The hotel was also very neat and very fresh breakfast. Cant wait to visit them again.

i've been there on 8-11 NOV 2022 it's a wonderful place at center gureme easy to walk around and quiet calm. i recommend for family trip. You don't have to walk up the hill, still have a very beautiful scenery good manager advice!! you can get information trip in the hotel with maneger. they'll bring you have a wonderful time in cappadocia
