Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. The staff were very good and friendly, they attended to all our needs. They booked taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, and also booked activities for us. Very well managed. The staff is super nice and provided the best hospitality. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is a little away from the center of the action in Göreme but so worth it. We love starting our day with breakfast in the beautiful hotel and used all the accessible amenities, our favorite was definitely the spa following with the pool!!! Perfect time for couples.

From check in to check out the stay was wonderful. We stayed in the stan room with its own pool and sauna. It was beyond amazing. The decor of the room (for anniversary) was a nice touch.
