Otel çok temizdi, late check out a izin verdiler, Havalimanı transfer saatini toplam 4 5 kere değiştirmek zorunda kaldık ve çok yardımcı oldular hiç terslemediler. Kahvaltı şahaneydi. İlk gün açıkbüfe vardı ikinci gün masalara hazırlanmıştı ve ikramlar sürekli gitti geldi biz çok memnun kaldık. Bebekle giriş kattaki bir odada kalmak çok kurtarıcı oldu. Sadece asansör yoktu kahvaltıya iki kat çiktık ama zorlayıcı değildi. Yakut odada kaldık. İki büyük penceresi vardı çok havadar ve aydınlıktı, sadece banyosu aşırı küçüktü yine de bize yetti. Personellerin hepsi ve otel sahibi Serpil Hanım aşırı derecede misafirperverdi bebeğimize gittik aklıma gelen gelmeyen her konuda destek oldular daha önce böyle bir otel personeli görmedim sanki yakın akrabamızın evinde misafirliğe gitmiş gibiydik. Son dk beşik istedik sağ olsunlar hemen sağladılar. Kahvaltıda normalde çorba yoktu ama Serpil Hanım bebeği görünce bize personel e yapılan et sulu çok lezzetli bir çorba ikram etti bebek termosuna koyduk ve dışarıda gezerken içirdik. 7 24 güler yüzlü çalışmak kolay değildir gerçekten her an güler yüzlülerdi çok çok memnun kaldık. Eksileri olarak etrafında market vs olmadığı için biraz zorlandık ama otel sınırsız su verdi. Bir otomat makinesi olsa otel de kazanırdı. Turdan ve tur rehberinden hiç memnun kalmadık, vaat edilen her yere gitmedik ama komisyon alacağı deri mağazasına, takıcıya, seramikçiye vs gittik maksimum 3 saatlik bir tura bir gün gitti. Bir kliseye gitmedik, ürgüp, müzeler..

İnanılmaz güzel ve temiz bir otel. Otele ilk girdiğimizde Serpil hanımın sıcaklığı karşıladı bizi, hem şehirle ilgili hem de gezmemiz gereken yerlerle ilgili bilgiler verdi. Biz yakut isimli odada kaldık çok ferah ve aydınlıktı, yatakları, tuvaletleri çok temizdi. Otel çalışanları 5 gün boyunca bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sorup bizimle ilgilendiler. Yine gelsek yine burada kalırız. Teşekkür ederiz.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem gut erreichbaren Ort und in einer ruhigen Lage. Unser Zimmer war die Amber Suit die mit 2-Zimmern und einem Balkon ausgestattet war. Wir genossen Abends die Zeit auf dem Balkon. Ebenso war die Suit gemütlich und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte viel Auswahl. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und würden auch das nächste mal hier wieder buchen. Falls man früh morgens die Heißluftballons sehen möchte, kann man auf der Dachterrasse sehen und die Magie dieses Anblicks genießen.

Bir gece konaklama fırsatımız oldu. Otelin iç ve dış mimarisini çok beğendik, terasında sunulan kahvaltı çok güzeldi ve akşam oturup çay kahve içmek için çok güzel sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Odaların temizliği konusunda da memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Unser Aufenthalt im Incibey Konak war einfach unvergesslich! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Der Service war absolut erstklassig – das gesamte Personal, von der Bedienung bis zur Geschäftsführung, war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr stilvoll dekoriert, was eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schuf. Das Frühstück und das Essen waren eine Klasse für sich – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Es war ein Genuss, jeden Tag aufs Neue. Auch die gesamte Villa strahlt durch ihre Kreativität und den dekorativen Stil eine besondere Magie aus. Alles war tadellos gepflegt und sauber, was den Wohlfühlfaktor nur noch verstärkte. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch die Lage des Incibey Konak. Viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Kappadokiens liegen sehr nahe beieinander. In zwei bis drei Tagen kann man problemlos die gesamte Region erkunden und die beeindruckenden Landschaften und historischen Stätten bewundern, ohne sich hetzen zu müssen. Von der Abwicklung der Buchung bis hin zum Check-out war wirklich alles reibungslos und hervorragend organisiert. Wir konnten uns voll und ganz entspannen, ohne uns um irgendetwas kümmern zu müssen. Wir werden das Incibey Konak definitiv weiterempfehlen und überlegen schon jetzt, wann wir das nächste Mal zurückkommen können. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Erfahrung!
