Overall the stay and our experience here was great! The breakfast and restaurant were fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, I did specifically book this hotel for the hot tub and pool both of which were closed down for our entire stay so that was a bit unfortunate. The rooms were great and it was a cool experience staying in a cave hotel!

The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good.

We loved the property. I think it’s one of the most beautifully designed hotel in that area , with an antique look to it. Our cave room was beautiful with two floors to comfortably accommodate our family. Our host Ismail was amazing. He has been assisting me since I book the hotel, providing all the information I needed and also booked the balloon in way advance so that we don’t miss the, once in a life time opportunity. Breakfast was great, with variety of options, I have never seen so many cheese options before and the fresh honey actually still on the honeycomb. Rooms were clean and many options for food and shopping just few steps away

Our room number 10 was a great family room. Lovely view and the bathroom had a small hamam, jucuzzi and shower. The room was a little dark but it is a rock room, but very quiet. İt was not a real cave but you still get the feeling. The restaurant was surprisingly great! And very reasonably priced. Big portions we couldn't finish everything. Location close to göreme walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was a buffet and a good selection of food. Overall a great stay and just what we wanted.
