Reception staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of foods. The outdoor terrace area is beautiful however the pool water was green/cloudy so I didn’t swim. The bathroom in our room looked like it needed a deep clean. The hotel’s location is good.

Ramazan bayraminda gittik dolayısıyla oda fiyatları standart bir odaya göre yüksekti ama sabah erkenden pencereyi actiginizda balonların üzerinizden geçtigini görüyorsunuz muhteşem.. .. banyo/tuvalet kücük ,eski ve temizlik yapilsa da görüntü cok temiz gibi durmuyordu yenilenmesi gerekiyor.. yatak rahat ve oda genişti .. çalışanlar guleryuzlü idi.

Otelin konumu ve havuzu olması iyiydi sadece bu iyiydi, geri kalan şeyler vasat. Otel çok bakımsız, çalışanlar çok ilgisiz ve hijyen bu otelde sınıfta kalmış. Fotoğrafları ekledim. Çarşaf, havlular hep lekeliydi. Pencereler örümcek ağıydı. Odayı sigara içilmemiş istememize rağmen çok ağır sigara kokuyordu, pencereyi kapatamadık kokudan. Kırık sabunluk koymuşlar sabuna dokunur dokunmaz tüm sabun elbiseme döküldü ve bunu bildirdiğimde her müşteriden sonra kontrol edecek halimiz yok diye yanıt aldım. Müşteri memmuniyetine ilgiyi bu cevaptan anlayabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı da çok kötüydü sabah kahvaltıya kuru pasta veren bir yer, ne diyeyim ki başka.
