I was upgraded upon my arrival and my room was heavenly. The room was so comfortable and exactly what I wanted. I took the most heavenly bath after a long long hike and felt so relaxed. The location was perfect as everything was very walkable. The service was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also...that breakfast spread!! So tasty and a good mix of traditional Turkish foods and simple items like fruit. It was perfect.

The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's.

The owner of the hotel Azat nearly waited on us hand and foot. He went so far out of his way to provide excellent service, he made us feel like kings and queens. He, himself, carried a whole case of water into my room. Not only did he make arrangements for transportation but he or one of his staff would park my rental car. I’ve never experienced such personal assistance or customer service at another hotel. There was absolutely nothing more he could’ve done to make us feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely return for the hospitality.

The views of the balloons from Our balcony were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, it was more like brunch. We did not need to eat till that evening. A suggestion to the restaurant is to have dinner available to guests. The locations of the hotel is tucked away from the noise of the city center.8

Everything was above and beyond! Staff were excellent, helpful and so nice! Our cool cave room was spacious and clean, and always had cold water in the fridge! The breakfast was excellent and an experience in itself! Wonderful! I would highly recommend Caverna Premium Cave Hotel!!

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the town. We had a nice big terrace outside our suite with lovely views and perfect for balloons watching! The breakfast was great and best of all the hotel owner Azat was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great! Staff were fantastic ad it was very clean. Breakfasts are a set menu and had too much food (they kept serving even when you try to decline the food), but they really make an effort there in all aspects. There are lots of stairs so for those with mobility issues it would be hard to find a hotel in Cappadocia that would be good, but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

The one.

This is the one. Apparently, there are 300 or so hotels in Cappadocia, with mos told them “cave hotels.” I can’t speak about the others, but Caverna is superb. The location is in the heart of Göreme, but it nonetheless feels private and fairly private. Views from the rooms’ balconies are excellent. Perfect place to watch the balloons, and sunsets are spectacular. The included breakfast was lavish yet still retained a homemade charm. It’s a small hotel, and there is no room service, but with everything so close by, you don’t really need it. I look forward to returning. A very very memorable stay.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel and were well looked after by Azad and his staff. Our room had good views over the township and was spacious with very good bathroom facilities. Breakfasts were superb, with a large array of different dishes served.

A must stay when in Cappadolcia.

Our three days here was truly amazing. We were welcomed by a very professional and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. We recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty. We hope to return there soon.
