We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: Great location & walking distance to most things. Very responsive on WhatsApp & breakfast was good! There are tables outside with nice view too. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cons: Bathroom smelled like mildew and I think I got mold poisoning. Woke up the first morning with a very sore throat and extreme sinus congestion. This wouldn’t be surprising because water got everywhere after each shower so it makes sense there would be mold. Also we booked a transfer to the airport and were told it would be a direct transfer. We paid 40 euros for this and it was not direct. It stopped 4 times and took almost two hours to arrive at the airport. Breakfast did not start until 8:30am which is pretty late considering many tours start early and we wanted to go explore but needed to eat. Overall I probably would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but for $115 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

Everything at the hotel was great. Room and the location were perfect. The only thing that was OK was the breakfast. Might be because we came during the cold season and there were less guests.

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay. Room was amazing, felt like we were sleeping in a cave! Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Great view over Goreme from the terraces. We were able to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise, amazing. Short distance into the town where there were plenty of options for dinner. Free parking was a bonus too.

We stayed at the most expensive room in the hotel and the room was stinking the whole time due to sewage pipes problem. Also the occupancy was really low probably other rooms have issues too.

The hotel is very poorly maintain. During my stay the AC never work properly and this was during the summer months. The bathroom seem in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and was always smelling like sewer. The terrace with an amazing view had two chairs and was not condition to enjoy

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was very nice and they cooked eggs to order including a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg! Super helpful as far as arranging rides. Loved their German shepherd on the property. Cave room was very cool. Only drawback was the room was set to sauna and they apparently were unable to turn the heat down. Opening a window is not an option when you go to sleep since it is not a enclosed property. That and the strong sewer smell for the entirety of our stay and nothing could be done or was done. Should have moved hotels. Also if the dog senses a cat at 2:00 in the morning.. you can probably guess. There are more positives than negatives because of the wonderful Turkish people.

Best hotel in Cappadocia

From a one night stay to a 3 night stay simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in from the tours ,staff, to the parking everything was amazing the cleanliness the on-site restaurant but most of all the staff that went above and beyond to help in anyway possiable I have stayed at big name hotels but not one of them can come close to the service we received in my opinion this hotel is a five star hotel looking forward to many more stays to Cappadocia…: Lori from Canada

The BEST hotel in Cappadocia

I haven’t loved a hotel enough to take the time to write a review but I can’t exaggerate this enough when I say that I would come to Cappadocia just to stay here. The number one reason why I loved this hotel was the customer service. All of the staff were amazing, but I have to say that the older man (maybe the manager for the restaurant?) and middle aged waiter were so hospitable. They helped us countless of times and really made our stay so much easier. The entire time we were staying there it felt like home. I came with my husband and 4 children, we had a misunderstanding about how many fit into one room. Without me even asking about it, he (the hotel manager) had them bring two rollaway beds. Everything about the hotel was nice, like any good hotel would be. I don’t have any complaints at all everything was just as expected, so I can definitely say that the amazing hospitality was the only thing I wasn’t expecting.
