Our stay here was absolutely perfect! We stayed 3 nights in the Panoramic Stone room (208) and could not have asked for a more picturesque place to watch the sunrise with the hot air balloons! Had a huge private balcony, and the windows are tinted so still lots of privacy. It has an in-unit AC and heated floors. Also very close walking distance to hear of town - but there is a pretty steep hill to get from the road up to the hotel, but it’s short. Overall, our stay was divine. This is definitely the best place to stay in Cappodocia!

-no lifts. you'll have to carry your luggages upstairs if that's where your room is. -breakfast is Turkish breakfast. if you're not used to it, then youll have to find somewhere to eat. -very few people speak in English. quite few miscommunication. -the name says it's a "luxury" hotel.. i did not see or feel this even a hint. -some staff are helpful and communicates well.

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay. Room was amazing, felt like we were sleeping in a cave! Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Great view over Goreme from the terraces. We were able to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise, amazing. Short distance into the town where there were plenty of options for dinner. Free parking was a bonus too.

We stayed at the most expensive room in the hotel and the room was stinking the whole time due to sewage pipes problem. Also the occupancy was really low probably other rooms have issues too.

We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: Great location & walking distance to most things. Very responsive on WhatsApp & breakfast was good! There are tables outside with nice view too. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cons: Bathroom smelled like mildew and I think I got mold poisoning. Woke up the first morning with a very sore throat and extreme sinus congestion. This wouldn’t be surprising because water got everywhere after each shower so it makes sense there would be mold. Also we booked a transfer to the airport and were told it would be a direct transfer. We paid 40 euros for this and it was not direct. It stopped 4 times and took almost two hours to arrive at the airport. Breakfast did not start until 8:30am which is pretty late considering many tours start early and we wanted to go explore but needed to eat. Overall I probably would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but for $115 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

Otelin konumu muhteşem, diğer otellere kıyasla daha yüksek bir alanda olduğu için etrafı kuşbakışı görebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Odamız ise çok güzel ve çok temizdi. Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen sıcacıktı. Ayrıca büyük bir terası bulunuyor, sabahları erkenden uyanıp terasta balonları izleyebilirsiniz. Bizim için çok güzel bir tatil oldu, her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
