Good location, very central. The breakfast was excellent. Staff polite and helpful. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and it was definitely a unique experience. Also the hotel has several terraces to watch the sunset and the balloons rising during the sunrise.

This was very charming and a sweet convenient hotel. It’s not fancy but the staff is great and the views and breakfast were both wonderful. Overall it was a very nice spot to stay with the family though it does not have the amenities of a larger chain hotel.

The room and bathroom was very small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with quite a variety of choices. However, we book a comfort balloon ride with this hotel and paid a higher price but on the day of the flight we were included with all the other guest who paid a much lower price.I advise book directly with the company not with the hotel.

Only the location it's excellent, on the center at everything. Amazing central location, friendly hotel staff were so friendly and sorted out out balloon trip for us, they can book guests into all activities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and a great view. We didn’t to use the rooftop pool but it looked gorgeous. We could park our hire car there too. We booked 3 deluxe rooms and each was quirky and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were a little bit tired in places but fine for us. This hotel is exceptional value for money in an excellent location

Great locations and excellent customer service but the rooms need to be cleaned and light bulbs replaced and spa bath cleaned. The mattress is very hard to sleep on and in a queen room the doona cover was the size of a double bed, making it cold. The breakfast was ok but a toaster would be great for those who just want toast and a coffee. Accommodation would be excellent if the hotel just invested a bit of time in repairing the rooms. 3 stars from me
