Welcome to this beautiful Breton thatched cottage, fully and thoughtfully renovated by an interior architect. Nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, it offers the authentic charm of Brittany combined with high-end modern comfort. Noble materials, subtle lighting, and elegantly redesigned spaces—all have been carefully crafted to create a warm and refined atmosphere.
The house is just a few minutes from the center of Névez, surrounded by lush greenery. Accessed via a lovely tree-lined driveway, it opens onto a large garden and a south-facing terrace overlooking the fields. This unique location invites peace, contemplation, and relaxation in every season.
From the entrance, the attention to detail is immediately apparent. On the right, there is a fully equipped separate kitchen, perfect for cooking just like at home. A long hallway leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower that retains the charm of the original tiles, and a bright ground-floor bedroom overlooking the garden. Still on the ground floor, the dining room is centered around a stunning table ideal for convivial meals, and the living room offers a cozy space with four comfortable armchairs and a (non-functional) fireplace that enhances the warm ambiance.
A sunlit staircase leads to the upper floor, where a relaxing lounge area with African-inspired decor features a daybed and a TV.
