The beach is 800 meters away via the coastal trail, which offers views of the mouth of the Aven River: you can even walk all the way to Pont-Aven (a 3-hour hike) or head out toward the open sea to Pointe de Trévignon. In the village, at “Le Rocher” (300 meters away), you’ll find everything you need for daily life (grocery store, bakery, newsstand, café, crêperie), and in Nevez (6 km away), there’s a weekly market and other shops. The Port of Concarneau, Quimper, Pont-Aven… all great destinations for day trips during your stay, less than 45 minutes from the house.
