Welcome to Baya, an authentic Breton stone house, spacious and comfortable, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, close to Anse de Rospico and the village of Kerascoët.



This family home exudes Breton authenticity.



On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance leads to all the rooms of this peaceful retreat. The living room is bright, overlooking the large garden, and opens onto a terrace. It includes a dining area with a large table, perfect for convivial meals with friends after a day exploring the GR34. Adjacent, you will find the kitchen with a view of the garden.



A hallway leads to a cozy bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, providing privacy. Upstairs, a staircase leads to the sleeping area, which includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an additional bathroom.



The main highlight of this beautiful property is its outdoor space. The garden is entirely private, offering a tranquil setting, with only animals such as horses or goats as neighbors. A hidden path allows access to Rospico beach in just 5 minutes on foot.

une semaine à Rospico

à six minutes à pied de l'anse de Rospico, la maison est spacieuse, au calme, au milieu d'un grand terrain joliment arboré, sans aucun vis à visles poissons de la poissonnerie de Névez sont un pur régal,et le chemin côtier de la pointe de Trévignon jusqu'à Rospico est un vrai bonheur
