Rural setting. excellent accommodation Friendly owners arrived very late but key was sorted in key box loved the breakfast pancakes. didn’t realise there was a full blown hot tub next to bedroom would go again

The place is difficult to gain access to, the room itself has a sign cut gate but it was locked. No answer on the phone number. The house attached had a full driveway and no obvious front door. I had to wander round the back around building equipment to try and find someone, it was quite uncomfortable. Two lovely ladies eventually let me in the property. It is a nice clean and modern room that despite its large size some still feels cluttered with furniture. The biggest surprise was a hot tub around the corner. This unfortunately makes the whole room smell of chlorine which isn’t a great environment to sleep in. The bathroom was ok but was not provided with toilet paper. Due to the smell I tied to open the doors and windows, It didn’t feel safe at all as it is ground floor with no gates around the house side of the property. Also this let in a lot of mosquitos during the night which disturbed my sleep until 5am when a cockerel made it impossible. Lovely place and people but needs a bit of thinking about. I’d suggest doors to separate the hot tub from the bedroom for starters. Maybe air conditioning and definitely toilet paper and a door bell on the gate.

The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. The family that run the apartment were very kind and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brought to the apartment at the time requested (early morning). I highly recommend staying here and will return the next time I come over to visit my great, great Uncle’s grave.

Une tres belle decouverte

Voyage dans la region pour aller aux JO a Lille et quelle surprise pour cet endroit au calme et tres confortable. Une chambre spacieuse ainsi que la Salle de douche et surtout le jacuzzi rien que pour nous. Accueil parfait et petit déjeuner copieux et delicieux en plus d une piscine a disposition. Une super adresse. Merci bcp
