Second time we spent a night at this hotel. Great value for money, nice spa, treats for the dog and they also made breakfast take away for us due to an early departure. We will be back!

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terribly unhygenic. There was dog poop in our room from a previous guest that my partner stepped in (we do not have/did not bring a dog). The hotel sent the front desk staff to wipe it off the carpet because they didn't have professional cleaning available. The hotel is also severely understaffed. They only clean your room every other day, which for a hotel of this price, you expect better. Bar and beach were also understaffed. Breakfast was fine, view over the marina and water is nice but if you want to see Neustadt, you need a car as it is far away from a bus other way to get to Neustadt. After the dog poop incident, I cannot recommend staying here. You should not be stepping in dog poop in your own hotel room.
