The Südkap apartment complex is located on Pelzerhaken’s South Beach. The complex consists of 8 buildings with a total of 76 apartments. Underground parking space No. 71 is available for your car.
The vacation apartment complex features shared facilities including a playroom for younger guests (in Building H), bicycle storage rooms in all 8 buildings, washers and dryers (in Building A), table tennis, and foosball (in Building D).
The 250 m² sauna and fitness area is located on the second floor of Building H. The sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-light sauna, and an infrared sauna. A very tastefully designed relaxation room with a view of the Baltic Sea invites you to linger. In the adjacent fitness area, our guests will find a wide selection of equipment so they can stay active even while on vacation. The playroom for our youngest guests is located right next door, ensuring there’s plenty to do even when the weather is bad. All of these facilities are, of course, available to all guests.



Apartment D-05, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, south-facing balcony:

The stylish 3-room Seaside apartment D-05 is located on the second floor and features a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. The living room features an open kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, etc.), a dining area for 4 people, and a cozy sitting area. There is also a small workspace for a laptop. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2 m). Two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—make the apartment ideal for two couples traveling together.
A mandatory linen package (28 euros per person) is required; it is automatically added at the time of booking and includes bed linens and towels.
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the bike room.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
