Für CityUrlaub gut geeignet

Die Wohnung hat eine gut funktionale und moderne Ausstattung. Für 2 Personen ist die Größe ausreichend,für mehr Personen schon eng. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig.Die Terrasse wäre ideal mit einem Sonnenschutz zu ergänzen und damit auch nutzbar.Sehr angenehm ist das wirklich leckere Essen beim Italiener im Objekt. Durch die Baustelle der Marina hatten wir leider Lärm,aber wenn mal alles fertig ist,kann man dann auch die Lage am See besser nutzen. Wenn man im Urlaub Ruhe sucht,ist die direkt an der FEWO vorbei führende Straße L167 eher kontraproduktiv 😕 Ich denke,das Objekt hat perspektivisch Potential,wenn das Umfeld fertig saniert wird!
