We offer a comfortable house with a garden, available exclusively for your use—ideal for both families and larger groups.

The first floor features a spacious, bright living room with an impressive 100-inch TV and a very comfortable, large sleeper sofa. If needed, the living area can easily be converted into an additional bedroom. The modern LED ceiling lighting creates a pleasant, atmospheric ambiance in the evening—perfect for relaxing, watching TV, or enjoying a cozy evening with wine or coffee.

The living area flows seamlessly into the dining area and the modern IKEA kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for comfort. High-quality appliances are available, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. There’s also a high-quality coffee maker that lets you easily prepare espresso, latte, or cappuccino. Of course, all necessary kitchen utensils are provided—pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups—so you can feel right at home.

Also located on the first floor is a comfortable bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor, there are three separate bedrooms. Each room is furnished with two double beds that can be separated or pushed together to form one large bed, depending on your needs. The layout offers maximum privacy, as each room is accessible individually from the hallway. All bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning. There is also another bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Each room is equipped with a modern smart TV, including access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

The interior of the house has been completely modernized and stylishly furnished. It is centrally located on Boostedter Straße in Neumünster, not far from the city center.

High-speed fiber-optic internet (1 Gbit/s) is available—ideal for both working from home and entertainment.

The entire house, including the garden, is exclusively available to guests. Only the basement and a storage room are off-limits.
