De communicatie met Expedia is een ramp. Het bestaat uit chatbots en AI. Na eindelijk de tweede keer telefonisch iemand te hebben gesproken zijn de dingen tot tevredenheid geregeld. De communicatie met Belvilla is prima en met degene die op de plaats van bestemming de zaken regelt uitstekend. De slaapbank is behoorlijk hard en het tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe.
