Moin Moin, I would like to welcome you to our country house Neu-Marienhof in the heart of the Christian-Albrechts-Koog in beautiful North Friesland at the gates of Sylt.

My country house is a place of peace and comfort at any time of the year, in the middle of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Experience Rhineland/Frisian hospitality here in the rhythm of ebb and flow with many ways to spend the day: Mudflat hiking, cycling tours, horse riding, fishing and excursions to Denmark, Sylt or a visit to the neighbouring Emil Nolde Museum and much more.

In 2016, I decided to move to the coast for the sake of my health. By chance I found Neu-Marienhof and fell in love with the house. With a lot of love, I renovated and refurbished the house to share it with people who want to spend their holidays with their four-legged friends in beautiful North Friesland. I live here with 2 Dalmatians and 2 Chihuahuas. The outside area still has its original old "charm" and is being changed bit by bit.

The entrance is in the east wing of the house and the flat is on the first floor.

The flat has an open living-dining area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator with three-star freezer compartment, cooker with oven and a dishwasher.

The holiday home has a shared garden where you can relax in the morning. The garden is perfect for dogs to use.On the back plot there are still the remaining foundation walls of an old barn, which must remain there so that a new barn may be built later on.

The host recommends a trip to Sylt, Amrum, Föhr or to Rømø beach in Denmark. Other excursion destinations include Glücksburg Castle, the harbour town of Husum, Nordstrand, the Flensburg Bay and a trip to the Dagebüller Marsch.
