The hotel was convenient, safe, clean and comfortable. Our room was clean, tidy, spacious enough and not overly warm/hot so the fan was just about sufficient as there was no AC. However I think it might be very uncomfortable and stifling during the hotter summer months – and would probably stop me from booking. Breakfast was OK, nothing special – but still appreciated. However the convenience of having ample parking, a supermarket and petrol station alongside were probably the biggest plus points for us. Overall, a decent enough stay and would consider booking again – but not in summer.

The hotel is clean, but it is quite far from Lucerne, about 20 minutes away by car. There is no public transportation available in this area; if you opt for the bus, you will need to walk at least 35 minutes from a different street. There is no fridge in the rooms, and, of course, no air conditioner like in all the other hotels.
