Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Urlaub Kressin

Für Urlaub mit Hund gut geeignet, schöner Garten. Da wir unseren Urlaub zum Kennenlernen der Gegend nutzen, brauchen wir ein Bett und ne Küche fürs Frühstück. Beides war vorhanden, wir waren zufrieden. Nur als Tip- keine Kritik- schlau ist sein eigenes Kopfkissen mitzunehmen.

Naja…

Etwas vernachlässigtes Ferienhaus in schöner Gegend. Das Haus ist leider etwas ungepflegt und die Sauberkeit war eher grenzwertig. Die Ausstattung ist ok, man hat alles was man brauch aber von moderner Ausstattung, wie es das Inserat verspricht, würde ich hier nicht sprechen. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz und einem tollen Grundstück welches aber dringend etwas Pflege brauch. Da es kein WLAN gibt, sollte man wissen dass es dort auch nahezu kein mobiles Netz gibt. Wer also absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben Die Gegend ist super, sehr ländlich, mega ruhig, perfekt für lange Spaziergänge und mit Hund

2 Wochen absolute Ruhe

Schönes Haus welches mehr Pflege bräuchte. Ausstattung ausreichend aber verbesserungsbedürftig, leider nicht sehr sauber, ich habe erstmal Backofen geputzt, Besteck gereinigt und jegliches Geschirr, Töpfe etc. vor Nutzung aufgewaschen. Die Betten sind ok, aber die Kissen gingen gar nicht. Insgesamt benötigt das Haus deutlich mehr Pflege, ein neuer Innenanstrich würde auch nicht schaden. Die Gegend ist allerdings sehr sehr schön, mega ländlich, viel Natur, viele Tiere in direkter Nähe.

Waren mit Enkeltochter 11 und Tochter 31da,haben uns wohl gefühlt, hatten schönes Wetter und konnten uns richtig entspannen bei der Ruhe. Zu empfehlen für Menschen die Ruhe wollen. Wir sind jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren,

Ferienhaus Alte Schmiede

Der fehlende internetzugang war nicht schön. Das Haus war eine Doppelhaushälfte und sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und sauber. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle. Der Garten ist sehr schön, goß und ruhig und schließt im hinteren Teil an ein Feld an.

Überzogene Nebenkosten

Die angesetzten Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser) waren überzogen teuer und relativierten den Gesamtpreis für die an sich günstige Unterkunft. Die Heizung war defekt und wurde erst nach drei Tagen repariert. Trotzdem waren die Nebenkosten so hoch, dass nach einer Woche Gesamturlaub beinahe die gesamte Kaution (100 Euro) aufgebraucht war. Das vorhandene UKW-Radio brummte ununterbrochen. Einen Internetanschluss gibt es nicht (Angabe beachten!), aber auch das Handynetz war schlecht.

Im Tal der Ahnungslosen

Wir konnten den anderen Bewertungen nicht so richtig glauben. Aber als wir dort angekommen waren, wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt: keine Telefonverbindung, keine Internetverbindung, kein WLAN. Nur bei gutem Wetter aus dem Dachfenster hatten wir dann die Möglichkeit eine instabile Verbindung herzustellen. Aber will man das nicht im Urlaub? Die totale Entschleunigung? Passt bei der Übergabe und speziell bei den Zählerständen auf: alle drei Zähler waren zu gering notiert.

Ferienhaus in Kressin

Man hat viel Ruhe und Entspannung im und am Objekt, wenn man etwas erleben oder sehen möchte muss man 15-20km fahren nach Lübz und Goldberg und Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön anzusehen, die Sauberkeit im Objekt ist ausbaufähig, das Grundstück ist nicht beleuchtet durch die Obstbäume die am Objekt gelegen sind ist mit einer starken Verschmutzung zurechnen da überall Pflaumen rumliegen was sehr stark Insekten anzieht und man trägt den ganzen Pflaumen Matsch ins Haus.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Kein Internet ,nicht mal gescheiter Handyempfang, obwohl Hund mit 10 €pro Tag bezahlt wurde sollte sich der Hund nur im Untergeschoss aufhalten ,da im oberen Stockwerk die 2 Schlafzimmer waren.Wasser,Strom haben in 6 Tagen knapp 70 €gekostet,obwohl wir vielleicht 1-2 Stunden nur mal das Radio anhatten bzw.1-2 mal abends den Fernseher für vielleicht höchstens 2 Stunden.
