The entire apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, including adults and children. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee to cover final cleaning.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hair dryer, a clothesline, an iron, and an ironing board. There are 3 LED Smart TVs for watching movies in all languages on Netflix and Prime Video, news from around the world, and much more.
Included: Wi-Fi, high-quality sheets and towels, complimentary toiletries, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.
One bedroom with a double bed featuring a comfortable 30 cm mattress; a smaller bedroom with one or two single beds that can be converted into a double bed; and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a desk.
Upon request, we can add a children’s bed or a crib for infants!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs (no elevator).
Upon arrival, you will be given a set of keys for the interior door and a code for the front door.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
Check-in is flexible within a 24-hour period at a time to be arranged; check-out is by 10:00 AM, with the possibility of a later checkout depending on your needs.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed directly by the host-owners, who will provide quality service to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. We’ll help ensure you have the apartment keys, clean towels, and high-quality hotel-grade linens. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. Professional cleaning is guaranteed, along with any additional assistance you may need.
Daily cleaning of the apartment is available; prices and arrangements are to be agreed upon.
