NEW ! Enjoy our fully renovated condo, boasting a panoramic view of the lagoon through its expansive bay window Nearby Nettle bay beach, you can stay up to 4 people : a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a convertible sofa, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In a secure residence with2 beautiful swimming pools, parking, A/C, WiFi, and a water tank ! Within a walking distance of shop french bakery, grocery and drugstore

The whole condo is available for guests, along with access to the pools and the lagoon beach (though swimming is not allowed).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues leading to occasional water cuts. To mitigate any inconvenience, we have installed a water tank to ensure a water supply during these interruptions. it may be power outages too. It's island life ! We can't accept any refund about these kind of troubles.

Local shops can be reached on foot within a few minutes, and the Nettlé bay beach
