The accommodation—located in Nesso, between Bellagio and Como—is part of a residence with a park and an outdoor pool overlooking the lake. The residence was converted from a silk mill dating back to the 18th century.
The private, assigned parking spot is a real plus in an area where it’s hard to find a place to park!
As you walk along the paths and up the stairs within the park, you’ll reach the apartment, which boasts a stunning 180° view from the living room and master bedroom windows overlooking the lake and mountains
The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a residence.
The interior layout is as follows:
-Entrance hall with a living area divided into a relaxation zone featuring a Smart TV and sofa, and an open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, and microwave.
-Master bedroom (with lake view) featuring a double bed and a closet
-Second bedroom (with view of the inner courtyard) featuring a double bed and a single bed that can be used as needed
-Bathroom (without a window) with a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower stall.
Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, 2 fans, central heating.
Please also note that:
-There is no elevator; the house is located on the first floor, and there are stairs from the parking lot to the house and inside the residence.
-There is no air conditioning; fans are provided
-FREE OUTDOOR POOL OPEN until 09/30/2022. PLEASE NOTE: Swim caps are mandatory in the pool; you must bring your own, as well as pool towels.
-YOU’LL NEED TO WALK FROM THE PARKING LOT (on the property) TO THE HOUSE. Parking consists of a private, assigned parking space within the property; however, it is not suitable for minivans or vehicles larger than an SUV.
In the tree-lined, terraced park, the areas are shared with the other guests of the Residence. It is very easy to find a quiet spot for yourself, given the size of the area.
In the park, just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find the SWIMMING POOL—which is also shared—along with SHOWERS and CHANGING ROOMS.
From the park’s terraces and the pool, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the mountains.
The residence has a concierge desk.
All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
Please note that assistance for any issues related to self-check-in is available until 9:30 PM; after this time, assistance is not guaranteed, even by phone.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of €1.50 per person for stays of up to 7 nights from April 1 through October 31, as required by the Municipality of Nesso. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.
