To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues

Bit dated but ideal.

Room was just ok , great price so wasn't expecting too much. Had cooker ,kettle and toastie machine. Bathroom was bit grubby. Not far to walk to local bars and restaurants. Restaurant in complex was great,nice food and service. Pool area was spotless with 2 large pools and kids pool and play park where we spent all day. Would go back.

Family holiday

Great holiday great complex but room was a bit dirty not cleaned very well after last occupants not enough towels for two weeks fridge never kept food cold as not working well and had to keep throwing food out so had to eat out more .as we arrived no one showed us to our rooms and when went to reception to ask where our room was they would not tell us as we were not part of the hotel so had to wander about for a while looking eventually found it

Royal Sun Apartments nice Menada agents terrible !

The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments.
